MENOPAUSE CARE IN KENNESAW

Care designed for your symptoms and priorities

Menopause is defined after 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period when there is no other cause. Symptoms may begin years earlier and may continue after the final period. Some women experience minimal disruption; others need meaningful support.

Our goal is not to force every patient into the same plan. We help you understand what is changing, identify symptoms that need additional evaluation, and compare appropriate treatment options.

What we address

Hot flashes and night sweats; sleep disruption; vaginal dryness and pain with sex; bladder changes; libido concerns; mood or concentration changes; bone-health planning; and bleeding during the transition. Any bleeding after menopause should be evaluated.

Treatment choices

Care may include lifestyle adjustments, nonhormonal medication, vaginal moisturizers or lubricants, local vaginal therapy, systemic hormone therapy, or other individualized approaches. Benefits and risks depend on the patient, medication, dose, route, and timing.
